Another lawsuit has been filed against Tesla over its Autopilot system, this time from the parents of a motorcyclist who was killed in a crash with a Model 3.The crash happened while the Tesla driver had Autopilot engaged. The parents, who also sued the driver of the Tesla, said the Autopilot sensors “should have identified the hazard posed by” the motorcycle. The vehicle hit the bike going between 75-80 miles per hour, Reuters reports. The motorcyclist’s parents also claim that the driver of the Model 3 was too tired to be behind the wheel and that “a reasonably prudent driver, or adequate auto braking system, would have, and could have slowed or stopped without colliding with the motorcycle.”Earlier this week, police in Seattle said that a different Tesla Model S was in “Full Self Driving Mode” when it struck and killed a motorcyclist in Washington.
